about

This album is a collection of three diverse pieces from 1976 - 1980 - 2002, which have a mutual "tone".
"Valse triste" was commissioned by the Wiener Staatsoper and performed as first electronic music there in 1978. Composed 1976/77 with the Buchla 500 at the Henie Onstad Kunstsenter in Oslo, Norway. Assisted with wonderfull patience by Hal Clark.
"A se stesso" was realized in the electronic music studio of the Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna, Bruno Liberda playing tenorsax, while "Mes adieux" was executed in the composers home studio.
